How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Simple – just choose the property you are interested in and contact us by phone (423-720-1153) or email @ jeremy@davidsonlandcompany.com to let us know which property you want to buy.
We will then provide you with a purchase agreement and once completed, we will set up closing with a third party title company.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No. Everything will be detailed out on the closing statement and discussed ahead of time. Many times, we are able to cover all the closing costs.
Are you a real estate agent?
No, we are not real estate agents,
Why are your properties so cheap?
We desire to give others an affordable opportunity to own land and pursue their dreams.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
We can certainly keep our eyes open, but we are not real estate agents. We encourage you to check back to this site often, but also follow us on social media (FaceBook and Instagram).
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
We will work with a third party title company and escrow to give you a complete sense of comfort throughout the transaction.
