Refund Policy
We put our customers first. If you purchase any of our properties and within 30-days of making your down payment and are not completely satisfied, we will give you a full refund of any monthly payments you have made outside of the down payment and doc fee. Simply send an email to jeremy@davidsonlandcompany.com or fill out our contact form. You will receive an email with instructions on how we will void the transaction and by signing an amendment to the agreement nullifying the transaction.
